FDLA 2008 SYMPOSIUM & EXPO CALL FOR CLINICS

The Florida Dental Laboratory Association Board of Directors is calling for technical/scientific clinics and presenters from the dental laboratory industry to be considered for the 2009 Symposium & Expo.

Please click here to download the 2009 Call for Clinics Forms and upon completion, submit to the FDLA headquarters with a clinic description, presenter’s bio, and presenter’s headshot.  The clinic description, presenter’s bio and headshot can be emailed to jillian@fdla.net.

The Call for Clinics document should be faxed to (850) 222-3019 or mailed to Jillian Heddaeus at the address below.

All applications must be submitted to the FDLA office NO LATER November 1, 2008 to be considered.

Applicants will be notified of the selected clinics and presenters by December 1, 2008.  Any Call for Clinics form that is not fully completed, or not submitted with the required supporting documents (clinic description, presenter’s bio and headshot) will be returned for further information.  Submitting a Call for Clinics form does not guarantee placement at the FDLA 2008 Symposium & Expo.  The FDLA Conference Committee & Board of Directors will make all final decisions in regards to clinic selection and times.

FDLA 2009 SYMPOSIUM & EXPO SCHEDULE OF EVENTS AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The FDLA 2009 Symposium & Expo promises to be the best opportunity for you and your dental clients to learn together how to maximize your business and dental care relationship.  The Friday keynote sessions and Saturday clinics will feature educational sessions designed for the dental technician AND the dentist, working together.

Attendees will learn about the newest technologies and procedures at their choice of over 28 clinics led by top technician and dentist presenters from all over the country!  There will also be over 80 exhibits showcasing the latest products and services for the dental laboratory profession at the FDLA Expo.

Bring Your Clients!!  FDLA’s annual Symposium & Expo offers courses specially designed for the entire dental team.  These courses will help both the dentist and the dental technical work together on the latest trends and techniques.  Remind your client dentists that FDLA offers AGD credits!!

The Florida Dental Laboratory Association invites your company to participate in the FDLA 2009 Symposium & Expo, which will be held at the Buena Vista Palace in the Walt Disney World ® Resort in Orlando, Florida on May 7 – 9, 2009.

FDLA Symposium & Expo Facts from 2008 and 2007:

The FDLA Symposium & Expo facts speak for themselves… this is an opportunity you can’t afford to miss!  Be a part of one of the industry's largest and most popular displays of dental laboratory products and services!

If you are a returning exhibitor, booth spaces will be assigned in a priority order based on the number of years a company has participated (since 1985), the number of booths held each year and the conference sponsorship participation from the previous year.  Booth assignment using priority screening will begin on 12/3/07.  Applications received after that date will be assigned in the order they are received.

If 2009 will be the first year you are exhibiting at the show, your application will be processed after 12/3/07 in the order it is received.
