Florida State Laws Affecting Dental Laboratories Manual:
FDLA has developed a manual defining the state laws affecting dental laboratories. This manual explains in detail: continuing education, data required on prescriptions, materials disclosure and point of origin requirements necessary.

Continuing Education Requirement:
The state of Florida mandates that each laboratory in Florida must receive 18 hours of continuing education every two years. FDLA is an approved provider and offers a variety of courses including the mandatory course of “Florida Laws and Rules for Dental Laboratories.”
