In the past, several companies have contacted our participants offering a reduced rate at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. The FDLA does not provide any participant information to the hotel or work with any housing company for any events. Make your hotel reservations directly with the Signia Bonnet Creek by calling 407.597.3600 or Reserve Online. 

Additionally, FDLA does not share attendee information with 3rd party vendors for pre-registration lists. Any provider trying distribute lists for a fee prior to Symposium is fraudulent. FDLA staff will provide a complimentary attendee list to all exhibitors after the show.

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek provides numerous services including electric, internet, and AV rental. ENCORE is the Internet Service Provider for all guest networks in the meeting space and will answer any question concerning your internet needs. Insurance coverage is REQUIRED. Proof of insurance must be submitted to FDLA  by May 1, 2024 to [email protected] or by mail to FDLA Southern States Symposium, 325 John Knox Rd, Ste #L103, Tallahassee, FL 32303.

  • This insurance must be in force during the dates of the event, June 7 - 8, 2024, naming Florida Dental Laboratory Association (325 John Knox Rd, Ste #L103, Tallahassee, FL 32303) as the certificate holder.

  • Purchase Certificate of Insurance - If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Judging for the Best of Show Award will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the Friday afternoon Expo.

Overnight Guestroom Self-Parking is $10 (+ tax) per day
NOTE: For Symposium & Expo participants who are not hotel guests of the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 (+ tax) per day.
