Additionally, FDLA does not share attendee information with 3rd party vendors for pre-registration lists. Any provider trying to distribute lists for a fee prior to Symposium is fraudulent. FDLA staff will provide a complimentary attendee list to all exhibitors after the show. Please do not give your credit card information by email or phone to unauthorized organizations.

ENCORE is the Internet Service Provider for all guest networks in the meeting space and will answer any question concerning your internet needs.  Insurance coverage is REQUIRED. Proof of insurance must be submitted to FDLA by June 6, 2025 to [email protected] or by mail to FDLA Southern States Symposium, 325 John Knox Rd, Ste #L103, Tallahassee, FL 32303.
- This insurance must be in force during the dates of the event, June 13 - 14, 2025, naming Florida Dental Laboratory Association (325 John Knox Rd, Ste #L103, Tallahassee, FL 32303) as the certificate holder.
- Purchase Certificate of Insurance - If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link above, complete a short questionnaire and you will obtain this coverage for $99.

 Winning Booth Receives 50% Discount Off 2026 Booth Fees! We encourage you to enhance your booth to bring excitement to the Expo Hall and increase attendee interaction. Previous winners have brought interactive technology, captivating displays and created a buzz around their booth. Judging for the Best of Show Award will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the Friday afternoon Expo.
 A little different this year, but fun none-the-less! Kim will be coming to each booth and talking about your prize on the microphone to encourage attendees to visit your booth. We highly encourage prizes with at least a $50 value. Please try and bring a fishbowl, or some sort of vessel to collect cards. Staff will have form slips for each exhibitor for those that do not have business cards. Kim will promote at all booths on Friday AND Saturday with the drawings at each of your booths on Saturday before the show closes. Please keep the prize at your booth.

Included in the FDLA rate is reduced self-parking. Be sure to mention you are with FDLA and make your reservations by Thursday, May 22, 2025, to receive this special reduced rate. The association can only reserve a certain number of rooms at the discounted rate.
